● Monitoring all SCCM servers’ health and remediate in case of any issues
● Check Site components and replication status between CAS and Primaries
● Check Backup SCCM DB is completed successfully for disaster recovery
● Create Application/Package/Software Update Deployments as per the request
● Troubleshoot any ongoing deployments for good success rates
● Monitor SCOM alerts for any disk space, memory, disk IO issues
● Provide deployment reports or client health report to management
● Handle L1/L2/L3 issues assigned in Remedy ticketing tool
● Connect to remote machine using SCCM Client and troubleshoot any issues
● Raise change request for implementing new changes to SCCM infra and once approved, apply the required change
● Test new features in development infra before implanting the same in Prod
● Write SQL queries for quickly check status of any deployment or state of any machine
● Analyze and fix package replication issues to Distribution points
● Fix WMI issues and SCCM client installation issues using WMI
● Troubleshoot any build failure or staging issues
● Check 1E Nomad client health states and resolve any issues
● Setup Reclamation Campaign using Software Metering or Asses Intelligence
● Quarterly update SCCM infra to Current Branch so that new features can be used efficiently
● Check any superseded or expired patches and remove them from SUG.
