- Expert knowledge of ITIL standards and processes like Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Request Management.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows servers2003/2008/2012, Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop, Active Directory, Client and VDI.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure management concepts.
- Functional knowledge of related tools like Appsense, EdgeSight, Perceiver, etc.
- 2 to 5+ year experience in handling large geographically distributed operations support teams.
- Should be able to identify the value innovations and process improvements in the current project.
- Strong business acumen and customer focus.
- Very good Communication, Documentation, Presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Spanish speaking is an advantage.
