System Center & Cloud Management Architects

  • Responsible for Design, development, and implementation and operational support activities for Microsoft System Center and all its components including Configuration Manager, Operation Manager, Orchestrator, and Application Packaging
  • Facilitate the establishment and implementation of System Center solutions including the Operate Model for all services and onboarding of all applications.
  • Reviews, advises and designs standard monitoring for hardware builds and application systems.
  • Develops and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to System Center standards.
  • Actively participate in the planning, design, and implementation of Microsoft Windows-based services supporting a variety of systems within IT Infrastructure.
  • Provide high-level technical support to the operations team (when required) during problem situations.
  • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity for key client platform systems. Maintain Application packaging standards, Desktop Image standards, hardware imaging, and OS patching, etc. for the enterprise. Design small PowerShell scripts to assist in automating operational processes.
  • Implement and support security policies and security audits. Troubleshoot security permissions problems.
  • Work with other System and Database Administrators to continually improve operational processes, engineering standards and other departmental processes.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedure documents for full scope of Infrastructure related tasks, process and procedures.
