There is an All collections default SCCM report that comes with Configuration Manager, Shown below… This report has three columns, Name, Comment and Collection ID.

The All Devices Collections and Members report goes even further, it also provides the option to click the + plus sign and drill into the members of each collection from the view of the same report.

After drilling into the report, you'll also have the option to click on a computers name and get more information about that devices. The ​All Devices Collections and Members report will also show the virtual host if the devices happens to be a virtual machine.
