Over the last 16 years, we found ourselves focusing our attention on how clients wanted to see their data in reports and yet wanted reports to be meaningful and pleasant to look at especially when it comes to presenting that data to management in dashboards. When displaying data and reports in dashboards, the developer or owner of the reports may not be around to answer the questions that arises about the data. So We wanted to develop reports that answers the questions for your that might come to mind. we also add Tool-tips to show when the mouse hoovers over KPI's allowing for anticipated questions to be answered right in the reporting dashboard.

We wanted to build a portal for the SQL report server on the platform that's integrated with Configuration Manager as well as on a platform the industry is moving towards. The portal had to be a simple solution that aggregates reports with a menu style making navigating for finding and accessing the right reports hosted by SSRS easy. At least for the SCCM Guys, we know the default SCCM reports are not that pleasing to look at, but they do provide the data and meaningful information we need. So we have taken note of the most used and useful reports, data that is leveraged and recreated and customized reports making the easily accessible thru RicherReports report server portal report.
